Retry interval and no of retry for messages with status Automatic Retry

Hi,

Can anyone explain how is the retry interval determined for messages which went into Automatic Retry mode?

Also can we define retry interval and no. of retry for such messages? if yes where?

Thanks for your quick reply.

The paragraph you have mentioned is about messages stuck in AE, while in my case those are stuck in IE(mapping step) because of "JCO_SYSTEM_FAILURE" error.

Just want to add that now messages are successfully flowing through XI system. Now what to do about those stuck messages with status Automatic Retry?

Hi,

The messages successfully processed next day(after 30 Hrs.) by their own.

Appriciate if someone can explain how or where we can configure time for messages with Automatic Retry.
