IDocs are in Queue of ECC System

Hi Team,

we had sent some data from MDM to ECC system. The Idocs are getting generated in ECC system.

Due to some Authorizations Issue IDocs are struck in Queues with status code 75.

Since there are almost 8000 Idocs we deleted the Idocs using Tcode WE11, but still the Idocs are in Queue.

how to clear the Queue. if we test the Idocs also they are getting struck again in queues.

we had even executed the Report RSEINBQUEUE_PARTNER, but no use.

Thanks in advance,

Sriram

1) Goto SMQ2 try activating the queue manually

2) If the IDOC is failed in the queue, double click on the error and check the error

3) Check your oubound RFC and PORT

4) Register the queues, (Goto SXMB_Admin)

5) Try pushing the simple idoc using WE19

Let me know if it works

Nishant

Hi Nishant,

Thanks for the Response.

I am not finding Queues in SMQ1 or SMQ2 but these queues are in WEINBQUEUE of ECC sytem.

I want to know how to rearrange or delete the Queues.

Thanks in Advance,

Sriram

hi,

Go to the SXMB_ADM of ECC System in that you have manage Queues, Probably you can find all the queues there

if you have authrozations.

Hi Ram,

Even in SXMB_ADM we did not find these Queues in ECC system to Rearrange or reorganize.

These are the queues in WEINBQUEUE TCode

Thanks in Advance,

Sriram
