We want to use Investment Management (Investment Programs/ Positions) for Project Cost Budgeting. Can we do budgeting for projects on monthly basis, How?
If you don't wish to use budgets as to be used in SAP PS for availability control or commitment management, create a CO plan version (planning can happen monthly) say 99-Budget and use the same for your reporting/analysis.
In IM/ PS Monthly budgeting is not possible. As Ahmed has Pointe out in CJ32, you have to release yout budget monthly, but system will record the same against fiscal year, Based on posting / Document date you can track record of the same.
