Installation of ECC 6.0/Oracle on Suse linux stops in start instance 23 pha

Hi all, My sap installation of ECC 6.0 Non ides with oracle 10.2 stopped in 23 rd phase where it need to startsap & seems to be this is happened due to some port problems .

the following is the log

Hi all,

error lines - th_act_em_hdl

It is a problem with time zone .. current time zone is zzz & changed to AST (Arabic standard time).

check startsap.log, dev_rd, dev_disp and dev_w0 for errors ...
