you can't. You have to ask your System administrator to reset and provide new ones.

The same, you cannot restore the SAP password (I assume that you mean the SAP user in the database) You have to reset it.
With an ABAP database You DO NOT do that at DB level, you must use BRCONNECT to do so.

With a J2EE DB you reset the password at DB level AND you have to put the new one in the J2EE connection string (I think you do that with the config tool)
