Creating Bidder

Hi Gurus,

I'm trying to create a Bidder in SRM 7.0 and i'm getting the following errors

Organizational unit 00000000 does not exist; check entries

Error creating business partner's 'organization'. Inform system admin.

Error while creating organizational unit; inform system admin.

Error occurred while locking organizational unit 00000000

I'm not sure what I should be giving in the field "Central Organizational Object for Bidder: *"

Could some please help me out with this?

Another question is if the bidder has to enter his bids, how is it achieved? Does it need to be maintained in the system? Please help.

Central Organizational Object for Bidder - for this you can give VENDOR ORGANISATION ROOT ID 5xxxxxx.

for any vendor you can create a contact /person or bidder.
