integration of netweaver with maxdb on a different server

hello all,

My requirement is to integrate Netweaver CE which is on Windows server with MaxDB which is on Solaris 9 server. Our req is to install SSM on netweaver CE. But we are not getting the option to create a database instance on the MaxDB. The server being displayed is the windows server and we are not able to change that option to select the MaxDB server. So I am unable to install Netweaver. What settings I need to make in the MaxDB and in the Windows server ,so that I can get a complete system.

We have scrapped this requirement as of now. We are going with a single server setup.
