Hi to All SAP Guys

can any one let me what exactly knowldge we have to be about PP,MM&SD.Ppl saying functional Exp is Mandatory to be in SAP SNP r Etc

like what sort of knowldge

Can any one elobrate it

Hi Ronal,

Functional experience basically involves 3 aspects, one is your

domain experience, module knowledge and your own application

intelligence.

Domain experience comes from your business area where you

have been involved, worked, applied etc.,

Module knowledge comes from your project where you have

worked for the corresponding SAP module

Own application intelligence comes from your quick response

to solutions, problems, issues, design etc.,

Hi,

In PP you need to know (but not limited to) Master Data such as Work center, BOM, Material master views of MRP, Routing, Capacity etc.

create and change of Production order, functions in the PROD Order such as technically complete.

Goods receipt w.r t Prod order, info about movement types and material documents

strategy group

MRP areas, config of MRP areas

MM: Purchasing, PO , MIGO t code, Goods receipt using PO, Movement types, info records, STO setup, config of STO setup.

creating stock eg MB1C movt type 561

SD: sales order processing, ATP check, delivery proposal screen, requirement type, requirement class, default availability check by sales area. customer master sales views.

if you are in TPVS then shipment processing in ECC.
