Service Desk error

Hi,

when i try to send service desk messages to SAP I am getting below error.

"Installation number not known in the SAP customer notification system"

Can anyone help me out from this issue.

Hi,

Did you maintain your Solution Manager system details correctly in SAP Marketplace.

Check your details under

http://service.sap.com/system-data

Raghu,

Solution manager system details was maintained correctly in service market place.

Now I am getting below error when I try to send the message to SAP from Solution manager

"You have not made all required entries in the notification"

Hi

Open your service desk message and mainain the details under the tab SAP-Attributes, Also in the description text box choose information to SAP and fill the details you want to send to SAP. Then try to send
