Printing Problem

Hello,

We have an issue with printing Problem, we have added a printer with SPAD transaction , the model of the printer is RICOH africio M PC2500 , L is the access mode printing that we have used.

The error message that we have receive is (FATAL ERROR): 0781-048 Bad queue or device name: demucplnc614.

And instruction used after printing is also on log file and it is:

"cd /usr/sap/P48/DVEBMGS00/data; qprt -dp -Pdemucplnc614 -Bnn -N1 -c -R14 -X850 000Wzrs1.P48 2>"

Any help please

Hi

If I am not wrong, Please change the printer model to SAPWIN: Rel4.x/SAPlpd 4.09+ONLY. This suitable for all type of printer models.

Host Printer :__ default.

In the OS LEVEL that printer should be the default printer.

Hi zied,

Please try to ping your printer through CMD.

Might be probelm with network. if its ok than clear the queue of the printer and try to restart the printer.

Try restarting the windows spool service in your printing host.
