Hi,
is it possible to design/access the Matching and Merging workflow though ARIS/BPM ?
We dont have Visio available with us however Aris/BPM is available.

Exacly - NO
You can used only MS Visio (2003/2007) for work with SAP MDM workflow
Moreover add/edit/delet SAP MDM Workflow you can only from MDM Data Manager
and MDM Workflow should be installed.
