There is a issue reported that the prints coming out of an SAP printer is printing incorrectly. The address which is expected to get printed on the right side is being print on left side. This is not occuring all the time but only on certain occasions.
Printer specifications are as follows:
Standard Printer
Model: Xerox Phaser 4500N
Device Type: POST2:PS lv.2 ISO Latin1 R4.5A+ONLY!
Host Spool access method: U:Print using berkeley Protocol
I dont find any settings in SAP where I can correct this. What can be the cause for this and how can we resolve this?? Will it be something to to with the physical printer settings. Can anyone please advice on this?
The printer itself does not change any "layout" of a page, it does not know anything about "addresses".
You need to check the form generating the output (smartforms, sapscript, languages etc.).

Hi,
Are you using sapscript for the layout of the prints ?
