How a transaction can be disabled being called from a calling transaction(e.g. Disable MIGO to be called from MB51)

You should use a more descriptive subject title, a more appropriate forum and do a simple search first before asking questions...

Anyway, you cannot disable the call itself, what you can do is turn the authority-check on and off in most important cases... => transaction SE97.
