Hierarchy Variable is not Appearing in the Universe Builder

Hi all,

I am using BEX-Query with Hierarchy Variable(Filter) in the universe, but it is not apearing the Universe.

I have checked the "BAPI_MDPROVIDER_GET_VARIABLES" output it is showing that variable.

But it is not coming into Universe.

Please suggest me what I need to do. I refered the SAP NOTE:1007048.

Hi Kiran,

did you implement note 1007048 already ?

You mentioned that the BAPI function does return the variable - correct ?

Could you do a trace when creating the Universe ? You can find the details here :

I Have created new Universe for my Query & tested it is working.
