User can only access (read/write) some files

Hi:

We're curently running SAP 4.6C. When we create user accounts and set the authorization profiles for the account, can we set in such a way that the user can only access (read/write) files with defined prefix? For examples, these users can only access the files with the prefixed abc_* but not anything else?

You can specify this in a custom role/profile.

Which field or value, or something else , i.e. what I need to do with the role, when I create it so that when I assign the role to the user this limitation is applied to the user.
