Upload a file from VC to BW.

Hi Experts,

We are working on a planning application where users will plan the data in Excel or CSV file and then they want to upload a file from VC to BW.

User want to have a value help which brings up a dialog box from where they can select the file and upload it to bw.

Is this possible in VC? if yes, how to do this?

You can use ABAP upload function with BSP. Than place this as HTML in Visual Composer. I developed before and my function also used BW authorization. eg. You could not upload a file with a Cost Center that would not belong to you.
