QP01

Dear All,

we are planning BDC for for uploading Data for inspection plans ( QP01 )

For already running Plant in header data ( QP03 display mode )

i can find option Dynamic Modification Criteria under this i have four options

material - ticked

vendor - ticked

customer not ticked - not ticked

manufacturer - ticked

But now when i want to create same material for new plant i cannot find ( in QP01 ) ( material exists in new plant )

option Dynamic Modification Criteria

material - ticked

vendor - ticked

customer not ticked - not ticked

manufacturer - ticked

How i can get the above

Let me in detail

Hi

this is a customization

QCC3>inspection lot creation>maintain Inspection lot origins & assign Inspection types--->select inspection type >here DCr that is Dynamic modification criteria->this is

001 Material

002 Material and customer

003 Material and vendor

004 Material and manufacturer

005 Material, vendor and manufacturer

Depending upon this setting , after selection of Usage & DMR this will appear in QP01.

In BDC you need not to select these things .they wll appear automatically

but i couldn't find plant level settings here

001 Material

002 Material and customer

003 Material and vendor

004 Material and manufacturer

005 Material, vendor and manufacturer

Except above highlighted is missing

Now plz let me know the above settings are maintained at client level or plant level ( QCC3 )

because i cannot find plant option

Can i go with BDC with the above settings

As Inspection lot origin & type are not at plant level Dcr is also not on plant level.

This setting is customized SAP standard setting.You can not change this.

You can only change setting like from 003 (Material and vendor) to 005( Material, vendor and manufacturer)

it is depend which inspection type & what usage you are taking.

What you can do go to QP01 and change the usage of the task list keeping DMR at Lot level.

Check what haapens

Can i go with BDC with the above settings

Better not to use these fields in BDC.

Let me know the sequence which one should be crated first as per Std procedure

2. Class Characteristics

3. Class

4. Inspection Methods

4. Sampling Schemes

6. Sampling Procedures

7. MICs

8. Quality Info Records

8. Inspection Plan

Yes if you are using control key in QM like "vendor released or delivery release then Before creation of Inspection lot( or PO/GR )

info record must exists.

Let me know the sequence which one should be crated first as per Std procedure

QM view>QInfo->Task list(with proper usage)-->Inspection lot

also task list creation date must be prior to inspection lot creation.
