Invoice print preview defaults to ABAP List View

Hi Gurus,

Whenever I check the Invoice print preview , the "Display text with ABAP list" viz the text screen is shown and not the graphical screen as expected.

Moreover, the option to get back to the Graphical View ( Goto => Back ) does not help out.

Generally the print preview should come in graphical view , but its always coming in LIST VIEW.

Actually we are using Windows Vista version for front end.

Can you kindly advise what directions should I check for this.

Please check with your basis consultant, its a problem with GUI.

Check SAPGUI Patch level.

We have been check the SAP GUI. Actually its coming in all user End except only one user end. In that user we are using Windows Vista. So if possible that u can tell me the Patch name.
