For the above scenario if I want to write a Design document what exactly I need to do?

I have used a combination of the documents provided by ASAP for XI, as well as the old forms we used before XI.

If you go through this url you can write all the design documents apart from the scenario what you have mentioned but also you can have enough knowledge of in and about the SAP project implementation using ASAP metholodogy.

Design Document should mainly contains-
1) Scenario Desciption...
2) Landscape diagram....which you need to design SLD..
Need to design in IR (Intergration Repository)..
you need to import Idoc from R/3 System..
Data Type/Message Type/Mapping Ruls
ID
Object Details - Communication Channels/Configuration/Send and Reacuver Determination need to configure..
