SU10 changes doesn't reflect in SU01 - SM7.0 SPS20

Hi,

I'm on SAP EHP 1 for SAP Solution Manager 7.0 -SPS20

I'm facing an issue that, when making mass user changes in SU10 the changes doesn't reflect in user profile.

In SU10, I'm trying to change the user group and user type.

The change logs display GREEN light and the text is:

Field: "User Type"; before: A Dialog; after: C Communication

But the changes are not relefcting in SU01.

Please help on this issue.

This may be a buffering problem/issue. Do you see that change in the user infosystem?

What happens if you do that change and you execute

/$SYNC

in the OK-code field and check the user again?

We are having the same problem in SAP EHP 1 for SAP Solution Manager 7.0.

Did you manage to find the source of the problem? I've been searching but unable to find any notes etc...
