Contract not defaulted in the Shopping Cart

Hello Team,

We are using SRM 5.0 and Extended Classic scenario.

I am facing an issue while creating the Shopping Cart. I have only one Contract created for a Vendor but that contract is not getting defaulted in the Shopping Cart, the User has to select the contract manually. Same functionality working fine in other SRM System but not in our Test SRM system. Any idea what settings do I need to check.

if you have more than one source of supply , user has to select .

if it has only one contract it will be defaulted to cart.

Do you have any other source of supply like vendor list ?

Yes and I have one contract only but still it is not defaulted in the shopping cart in Test system but in other system it is working fine.

We have no other source of supply like vendor list but I have created only one contract for a Vendor still it is not picked up automatically in the Shopping Cart, the User needs to select it manually. This functionality is working fine in other SRM system.

As you aware SRM must pick up automatically if we have only one source of supply

please send to business mail id a screen of source of supply folder of the shopping cart.

it could be one of the wonders for me in srm.

Yes, Even I am shocked to see the behavior of SRM System as one system is working fine and other system is not working fine. Raised the OSS message, lets see the feedback from SAP.

Is that contract is valid price and target value.

Yes, It is first BASIC step.

is contract has been deleted/ locked. hope you might checked this too

What type of sc it was?

describe procurement / material ?

what about your contract? material / material group?
