i am bit confused about account determination, i have a GL ACCOUNT NO 123456 HOW TO ASSIGN THIS GL NO

First u need to create A/C KEY or If already created then do as per recommonded by my friends.

If this is related to Pricing , Discount then maintain in VKOA as per the relevant combination.

Else if related to Taxes ,maintain it with the Tax Code in FTXP.

As suggested above Use T code VKOA, select proper access sequence, double click on that.

Assign 12345 for your combination there.
