Workflow Task Returned to Inbox

Hi Team,

We have a issue where a Workflow has been completed for a request and status is shown as 120 Completed but one of the task came back to user INBOX after 4 months ehich is in ready status.

We have checked workflow log for that particuler task and status is completed, but when we execute same task through his Inbox and go to workflow log it shows that task in Ready status.

Can you provide some input.

For answer to your question need analyse workflow's schema and desctiption all rules

Ta the some cases one or some records was return toworkflow's launcher or owner
