Quality Report of Defect at lot wise

Hi,

As per customer requirement they want the Defect Report inspection lot wise

Suppose in a particular week 10 times get the return from customer, so the 10 inspection lot are generated and we record the defect on each lot at a result recording time

So they want a report of that week at inspection lot wise of and what the defects are there and how much items are defected quantity and what are the defects , as we get the report in QM15 of notification , but it is in inspection lot wise they didnu2019t want to do with notification

Hello

Notification is created automaticaly when the defect recording is done. creation of notification is not required manualy

But you have to maintain in the config for a particular inspection type what will be the notification type

Dear Maashish

In QM15 , from the layout you can choose inspection lot , defect code, no of defects. You will get the detial inspection lot wise

You can run this report inspection lot wise also , by selecting the dynamic selection

they dont want to do a defct recording in customer return , Not from notification , we just the lay out of QM15 for defect report

Hi Sujit,

It will be OK in MCXA, if in switch drill down they have a option Inspection lot Number wise, and in key figure if there is an option of defect type

Best way you can customize your own report with own report format.

You can use the tables like

Hi Maashish,

I think you must develop a query through SQVI instead of ABAP report for your requirement if no calculation part is involved in the report. You can assign a t-code to this query also.

Use the tables as suggested by Sujit.
