one delivery note generate multiple idoc

One delivery note is creating multiple idoc.

thr is one delivery note only,but in one delivery note there are 5 items. it should generate one idoc only with 5 items. But its generating 5 idocs,this is wrong.

can any one help in knowing the reason of it.

Hi

The only way I can think of is debug and find the reason. I guess there is a condition in the IDOC FM to create 1 IDOC each for each line item. Take the help of your ABAPER.

HI Xi,

Please look into the EDI Output in Delivery Document.

Go to VV22 and enter the EDI Output there.

Look for the Output Condition Record against that Delivery Note Output type.

I doubt there should be output condition records which were maintained at itme level details.

this might be one of the reason to create multiple EDIs.
