"Phase 'Preparations in the Systems for Data Transfer' of activity_id 'Lock

Hi All,

I am stuck in below Step.

I couldn't run "Preparations in the Systems for Data Tranfer Phase" due to the error status of System Analysis status is still running phase. I checked the system , I found the below error.

"Phase 'Preparations in the Systems for Data Transfer' of activity_id 'Lock users in receiver system' differs from active phase 'System Analysis' in package 90038"

Although, the whole processes have been finished. Using the external monitor , i found there was a process " System Analysis" can not be finished. But "System Analysis" process is sucesfull.

Please suggest what to do?

Hello Pradeep,

You might use transaction CNVMBTSTATE to check the technical state of all activities.

It is also possible to change the technical state in this transaction.

Hi Pradeep,

Check from the extended process monitor. There could be some unfinnished activities
