CRM ISU Contract Replication error

hello forum ,

i am getting error during contract creation from crm , data is succesfully transfered to isu system ...smw01 entries green ..

i am getting error in ECREMREPL :

GREEN BLOCK :- According to table ECRMSETTINGS, product DUMMY has no master data template

RED BLOCK contracts/products without an MDT cannot be generated from CRM

RED BLOCK Transfer of CRM transaction 5000125 item 0000000010 to IS-U unsuccessful

Service Product maintained in CRM : prod iD- DUMMY

Product maintained in MDT Template in hdr data : DUMMY

ecrmsettings :- DUMMY

can any body guide me in this .

help would be highly appreciated

Could you please let me know; whether you were able to resolve this issue.

Are you aware where do we specify the PROD_ID field which is not populated dusring replication?

Hi All,

Above issue could be resolved as mentioned below:

Check that the status of MDT is active. If this does not work, try changing the default product in ECRMSETTINGS in ISU so that it is not the product you use in CRM Contract management.
