IDOC getting generated multiple times

Hi

In SAP when we r sending delivery note WHSORD.DELVRY03 to XI, multiple idoc are getting generated. Suppose there r 5 order lines in one delivery note , 5 idocs r genrated .

Hi ,

in partner profile use option collect IDOC and create ABAP -Http connection .

use this connection in port -

parameter for HTTP-ABAP connection.

/sap/xi/adapter_plain/ ?namespace=< your namespace> &interface=<IDoc_Type> &service=<Sender System> &qos=EO (or EOIO)

Its idoc to file scenario. so no need of HTTP connection i think. We have used ALE for file transfer.

We have used transfer idoc immediately in partner profile. any problem in this ? its requirement idoc should go realtime.

Hi ,

for collecting same IDOC in SAP side you need to change partner profile setting.

Now u r using R/3 RFC connetion so in place of that you can use HTTP connection to this data to IS .

Each order line will create one idoc...

If the mode is immediate then if a delivery note create 5 IDocs, then 5 messages will received by XI (or you can see in moni). IF you want to see a single message then change the port to XML file port and collect the idocs in ECC itself...The run RSEOUT00 program and send the collected idocs as an XML file.. So in PI you will find only one entry

thanks for ur answers. here case is not this. here one delivery note is creating multiple idoc.

thr is one delivery note only,but in one delivery note there are 5 items. it should generate one idoc only with 5 items. But its generating 5 idocs,this is wrong. can any one help in knowing the reason of it.

It was SAP SD configuration error in SALE. The output determination was wringly set. Its resolved now. Thanks for all ur answers.
