Schedule agreement releases can be sent to SUS system. In MM-SUS scenario, PO will have a EDI message out put based on the condition records. The output log can be traced.
While saying "Log for POR", did you mean that "you are trying to keep a trace when the vendor responded/confirmed the PO"??
Once the vendor confirms the PO, an Acknowledge notification will be appeared in the "confirmations" tab in ECC PO. It will have the order acknowledge number, and SUS number reference and date. Hope that information is sufficent and can be taken from ECC.
