Hi All,
When we transfer material master data from R/3 to APO then data is not updating in APO system.Could you please let me know the steps to debug CIF queue while transferring data from R/3 to APO.
Thanks
Mohit khandelwal
Hi Mohit,
Go to CFC2 in r/3 give user name and RFC mode 'Q' Logging 'D' and Debug 'R'.
Transfer master data on that user name. The queue will be there in the APO inbound. Click on the queue twece there you find Debug LUW button click on that and then debug the queue.
Once your debugging completed remove the entry from CFC2. Because if you maintain Logging 'D' system try's to write all the logs in detail which inturn reduce the performance.
I hope this helps.

Hi Mohit,
I understand as u said some data is not updating, so it infers that the Queue is processed but some of the masters have not got updated. So it seems that the Queue is not getting failed. In SMQ2 of APO, when a Queue gets failed, u can debug if u have authorisation. But in case of running Queue, u cannot debug. Hence ur following up actions sholud be the steps already mentioned by Mr. Kishore. If this is not the case, then u can follow what Mr. Senthil has given.

Hi Mohit,
On a functional perspective, if you need to debut the queue, goto
smq1 and smq2 transactions (in APO or in R/3 based on where the
error lies) and execute it, you will get the list of queues under error.
If there are sysfails, double click on it by keeping the cursor on the
queue name and keep clicking it so that the entire LUW will gets
opened and you can see the error information.
For viewing the detailed log of the error, use transactions
slg1, cfg1.

Hi Mohit,
Please check at SMQ1 in R/3, whether any queue is blocking not and if not then check whether CIF settings are properly maintained or not between R/3 and APO.
If the queue is block then you can get detail of the error in APO at /NSAPAPO/CQ for your analysis.
Thanks,
Dipankar
