Hi,

We have 3 company codes as follows:

Company code | Purchasing Organization | Purchasing Group

-

----

----

C001 1000 100

C002 2000 100

C003 3000 100

-

----

----

My question is, how to create orgrnization structure in SRM fot above situation, especially for the 3 purchasing groups ("100") ?

-

< as in SRM I could only assign purchasing group 100 to one purchasing organizaiton one time>

Please advise

Thanks and best regards

Jack

Hi Jack,

you can follow the below work around to make one purchasing group purchasing for all purchase organization:

C001 1000 100

C002 2000 100

C003 3000 100

first create purchasing company C001 , purchasing organization 1000 and purchasing group 100 under it.

Now, define purchasing organization 2000 and 3000 as a responsibility for purchasing group 1000 in the tab 'Responsibility'.

This way, the purchasing group can do purchasing for purchase organization 1000, 2000 and 3000.

I hope, it helps you.

Hi

Go to T.code: PPOMA_BBP

Select the purchase organisation Go to the extended attributes tab

In SRM Product category = Purchasign group in SAP R/3

Go to Product categories and add the purchasing group and the relevant backend.

you can add as many purchasing group but try to tick ONE default group so that

while creating shopping cart the default group will appear.

you can add the attribute ID : PM_PUR_GRP and enter the default group here

please try

PM_PUR_GRP is only for PM order filtering. Thanks.
