How to link Crystal Reports with BEx-Very Urgent

Hi,

We have installed Bex and Crsytal Reports version 10. But we are not getting SAP Menu in Crsytal Reports. It seems that we are missing out a link between two. Do you know what's the problem? Please help me out.

hi

the part you are missing is the SAP Integration Kit.

Part of SAP BW is the complete set of software you need or you can download it from Service Marketplace.

if SAP Integration Kit is installed, when you open crystal report designer, you should see special set of buttons to create report from BW query, open report, save report to SAP , etc

We got both Bex and Crsytal installed and we could see both in the Start>Programs->SAP Frontend->Bex->Formatted Reporting. But we are not able to see the SAP menu in Crystal. We could able to open Bex and Crsytal independently, but we are missing a link I supose?

Hi,

I would assume you are missing the connectivity and add-ins for Crystal Reports coming with BW.

You should have 3 CD's (or 1 DVD) that has Crystal Reports, Crystal Enterprise and the SAP Integration Kit on it.
