want to add a push button/checkbox in ME22N transaction

Hi all,

PO could be created with out specifying material number in the header section.

In this scenario I want to give user an option to print either

1. the content in the Short Text column in the item overview section

or

2. item text in the item section

This need to be done by providing a push button or checkbox in the layout of ME22N.

Please suggest some screen-exit or something and how to use them.
