Why GOA idocs BLOARD is not created for Update GOA

Hi

Some rare incidents very very rare incident (once in a Moon), I am changing piece of data / modifying data / adding data my GOA but BLOARD idocs are not created in ECC for Updated GOA?

any specific reason ? or raise only OSS notes?

There are several ways to monitor the GOA.

1) BBP_CTR_MON - Please check contract distribution monitor. Retransfer of GOA is possible

2) Check RZ20.

3) Check SMQ1 in SRM side for clogged queues.

4) Check ST22 for any timeout issues.

This may cause due to data integrity issues. I faced that too

Thanks . There was an error in SMQ1/Q2 in SRM side ON RFC USER PASSWORD EXPIRED.

One more news GOA is removed from SRM7. Central contract a new concept has been introduced.
