Due Date calculation based on priority & category

Hi Team,

We need to derive mechanism to calculate the due date of the support ticket (transaction type SLFN) based on priority & category.

How to achive this thro Sol Man Config?

You need to configure SLA for your Servicedesk.

Hi Expert

I have configured the SLA but the due date is not getting updated in the fast entry screen. I am using standard date profile.

Please provide you input to achieve the same.
