Confirmation not appear

Hi,

I have enter the PO number in the confirmation screen, however there is no result appear. I left all field blank, only enter PO number in the confirmation screen.

I have checked the PO ,Shopping cart, everything seems fine.

Please tell me what else I can check?

Hi,

PO will not appear if you are not the Goods recipient. Only the Goods recipient can see the PO in the Confirm Godds/Services section.

Check if the PO output is prepared.We got the same issueand once the PO output was prepared we were able to confirm the PO

Does your busines allows you do do good receipt via backend mb01 or migo

try in backend

or

check bbp_document_tab table any entry for your PO

Hi,

Potential clues:

-Within confirm menu in the header there are two options: Display confirmations and Confirm. Ensure that you are selecting the correct one.

-Check vendor used. Two way match, three way match, confirmations expected?....

There is no central role use in this scenario.

Hi Henry,

They are two possible ways:

1. Confirm my Purchase orders

2. Corfirm centrally

If the PO was created for your request, you can go for option 1.

Otherwise, you want to confirm others PO, they you can go for option 2.

And also check the PO staus (whether its "Ordered" or "Awaiting for approval")
