Hello Gurus,
User is processing Bdoc in CRM, which is not getting processed in the ECC system.
when i am trying to ativate the smqr its showing Actv status in yellow color.
and error sysfail is showing in smq1 tcode as :
Update BDoc status failed - BDoc not found*
in SMQR its showing actv status in yellow color, it gets inactive (green) when reorganize.
Kindly suggest what can be done.
in CRM its showing below message:
@09@ Sent to receivers (not all have confirmed) BUS_TRANS_MSG mBDoc Notification 2009-11-10 12:13:04 CSA_ORDER_0005300086 SERAJE 4AF4B2A805A218FBE10080000A3E5D0D
Kindly suggest what can be done to resoleve this issue.
