Problem in printing next page

Hi all,

I developed a smartforms which i need to take 4 copies. Each page with the same form only the heading changes.

so i copied the first page to 4 page. Now when i see the preview it is showing the first page only.

How can i print all the pages.

Please guide.

Hi

Please clarify whether you are using any main window or not. If there is no need of overflowing of data to the next page, then you can remove the main windowand work with a secondarywindow and just point each page to the next one. That way you will get all the four pages

Just clear these q's.?

1, Do u want the same data to be printed in all the four pages?

give the no of form pages(no of copies) to be 4 in the Dialog box.

2, If the data is more, it has to extend it to next page.?

assign the next page in every page, provided it should have more data to navigate

thanks for ur response.

I dont need 4 copies. i have created 4 pages.

i need to know how to print the 4 pages.

it is printing only the fist page.

if i tried to give the next page option in the fist page as page 2 also it prints only one page.

please guide.

hi

Since u have designed 4 pages all u have to do is

FIRST page ---> NEXT page ---> PAGE2

PAGE2 -

---

>NEXT page ---> PAGE3

PAGE3-----> NEXT page --->PAGE4.

and see to that all the page1 is full and page2 and so are full then only the next pages will be called...

Hello,

All the 4 pages can be triggered like this.Create 4 pages but all pages shall have same main window .

Create independent text elements for page contents of respective pages in main window.

for example

Page 1 you want Page1 to be printed

Page 2 you want Page2 to be printed

Page 3 you want Page3 to be printed

Page 4 you want Page4 to be printed

Create four text elements and put a condition on them of page.

In this way u will be able to print all the pages.
