On development server, we are not able to see the vewi layout. Instead we are getting the following error message:

Specific ICF Nodes in Transaction SICF Must Be Released for the Web Dynpro View Designer
Check the following ICF nodes, as described in note 517484:

/sap/public/bc/ur
/sap/public/bc/icons
/sap/public/bc/icons_rtl
/sap/public/bc/webicons
/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/public/bc/viewdesigner
/sap/bc/wdvd

Nodes mentioned in the SAP notes: 517484 and 088717 are already activated.
