Open SC item wise list for a particular user.

Hi All

How can i find what are the OPEN shopping carts items are existing in the system for a paticular user.

i wanted to know what are the sc line items are still opening for PO,GR only.

user created a Shopping card and user was deleted by the BASIS team. Now i want to do some performance

for eg. sc has 2 items one item PO created one item in cockpit.

so this item remain opening and i can not perform any action by the purchaser in the cockpit.

I aware that

BBP_BW_SC4

has option of requestor but you must put cost center also then you can extract report

my wish is to list a open SC document with for a particular user not with cost center.

I thnk, we dont have any std report wrt to user.

You can use the FM BBP_PROCDOC_GETLIST

I_CREATED_BY as userID

I_ITEM_SOURCE_REL_IND as X (sourcing relevant)

E_PDLIST will have relevant entries of SC's.

- i need to check it should not create any Follow on docuement for that line item .

what is this could be I_ITEM_OPEN_FOR_STATUS ? I could not understand this i/p parameter.

Hi Mutu,

I_ITEM_SOURCE_REL_IND as X (sourcing relevant) u2013by flagging these you are searching for SC already PO and deleted.

I_ITEM_OPEN_FOR_STATUS: By flagging also this flag at the same time you will retrieve also the PO intended to be deleted and in the u201CERROR IN PROCESSu201D status.

Hi Mutu,

Suggestion could be as it follows:

 User Tx SQVI.

 Source tables. CRM_JEST and CRMD_ORDERADMH.

 Joint conditions: Object GUID is shared for both tables.

 Fix next constants: CRM_JEST_STATUSTYPE- Exclude status I1113 which corresponds to PO created and for table CRMD_ORDERADMH fix field Transaction Type as SCH( Shopping cart)
