CCMSPING for Java Stack (Portal)

I have confgured CCMSPING on SOLMAN for java stack and can succesfully do the CCMSPING test but IT performance reproting shows red sign. Any idea or suggestions?

Hello Bill,

I have the same issue. It works for ABAP system but it does not work for JAVA.

Did you meantime find the reason ?

I configured GRMG but trying to figure out how to get it into work center to get the graphical statistics.

I am configuring system availabilty monitoring for a portal system. Installed CCMSPING agent and CCMSPING test is succesful in RZ21 but when I go to IT performance reporting the status shows "system not available" with red sign - the portal is up and running. I dont know what is the problem.
