Archive Messages with SARA

I am have followed note 566225 and ran the z_basic_delete_notifications report. I am at the point now where I need to archive the message in SARA.

I have performed the initial run and write run. However when I try to perform the delete run I click on Archive Selection but there are no values there.

What is missing?

Hi,

First Identify Physical File path for your archivng object CRM_SERORD.

1. Check Logical File name for Archiving object in transaction SARA - Customizing - Archiving object specific customizing

2. Check Physical File Path using Logical file name in SARA - Customizing - Basis Customizing - Cross client File names/Paths

Second Cross check Physical File Path of File customizing is identical to Content Repository Basic Path

Check the content repository used for your archiving object CRM_SERORD in SARA - Customizing - Archiving object specific customizing

Goto transaction OAC0 - Check Basic file path for respective content repository.

Both Physical File path and Basic path should by same. If not, in content repository change basic path same as your Physical File path name.

I am not sure which archive object you are using to archive messages. But have you configured your archiving object in SARA?

Go in SARA -> Select Archive Object -> Click on 'Customizing' -> Within "Archiving Object-Specific Customizing" select 'Technical Setting' -> Check Delete Program Variant whether its Test mode OR Production Mode
