Hi,
We have plenty of old test data in charm we would like to delete so the messages will no longer show up in the workcenters.
We could archive but that still leaves the headers and they will still be visable in the workcenters.
Is there a way after archiving to delete the headers so that these entries will no longe appear in the workcenter overview?
Is there another way to remove these entries?

Use
CRM_ORDER_DELETE
report got se38 enter CRM_ORDER_DELETE and press execute ..enter the no and press execute
also you can customize this report
