Universe Designer showing error for License key

Hi,

I have meet a problem when trying to connect to SAP BW from Universe Designer, with the error message:

DBD: A runtime exception has occurred. (License key check failed. Check that you are licensed to access SAP data sources)

I've installed the BOE XI 3.1 with a valid license. How can I to solve this problem?

Hi,

Did you install SAP Integration Kit?

It is a mandatory software to access SAP BW with Business Objects products.

Hi,

R u using which operating system, it is different way for both windows xp and vista operating system, Make sure that ur license is a valid and it's expire date is not met.
