Copy and paste

Hi SAP guru's

We have just upgraded SAP to ECC6. I have 1 user that cant copy and paste inside a PM work order.

He can open the order and go into the long text field. he can copy the text, but when he goes to paste it in the operation long text field, it does nothing, not even an error.

Please assist if you have any ideas on what this could be.

Hi

May be it sounds silly but just check if the Order is in TECO or CLSD status in which case it will not allow long text copied in the Operations

Hi Manish,

The order is in the released state. If i open a word document and then try to copy and paste, it works.
