At header level:

Dynamic mofication rule

Inspection point

sample drawing procedure.

at operation level:

work center

operation key

additional operation

at char level:

DMR

MIC

Inspection method

sampling procedure

PRT

etc

Dear,

QP01 is same like the routing creation through CA01.

In QP01 , enter Material , Plant , Key Date , press enter.

Then create Inspection Plan as per your requirement.

We define following Master Data's independent to each other:

1. Material Master

2. Master Inspection Characteristics

3. Inspection Methods

4. Sampling Procedures

5. PRT's

In Inspection Plan we define to the system that for one particular material what are all the parameters (MICs) to be tested using specific procedures (Inspection Methods and Sampling Procedures) and Instruments (PRT's), which have defined earlier.
