Hi,

It is the decision that can be made on the material as to whether scrap the product or repair the product.

The decision will be made as a outcome of the Quality check and for example as part of the Return and repair processing the Usage decision is made using the QA11 tcode.

It is related to PP-QM module...at the time of inspection user decide whether this material is Prime or Non-prime it called UD.

If u want more clarity on that please post this comment in PP-QM forum.
