I´ve configured SLA to our solman, we are using service desk for VAR scenario, when I create a support message I get the error at item details tab u201CNo service contract could be determinedu201D.
i had done all the setting as per the document below http://www.renet-web.net/2009/07/21/slas-made-easy-in-sap-solution-manager/
And I review this thread too .
Please help me to resolve this issue

I have another problem in message the oganization structure is not been determined automatic.
I have two sales organizations, but i delete one of them. when i create a message i still see two sales organzations.
the sold-to party is asigned to only one and the product have the same sales organizations.
What i have to review to correct this problem?
