integration Charm and Service Desk

Hi guru!

I need to integrate Service Desk with Charm.

My problem is that I have Charm in one Client(e.g. 333) and Service Desk in a different Client(e.g. 999).

I need to start from support message created in client 999.

Do you think there is a way to integrate the 2 different client? can I create the change document starting from Support Message in 999 client?

any suggestion could help.

Hi Marco,

If you want to Integrate Service Desk with ChaRM, then both have to be configured in same client.

ChaRM is mostly configured in Solman Production Only.

Bcz when you create a message in any satellite system, it will come to Service Desk in Solman Prod & from this support message you can perform the action ' Create Change Document' in actions tab, which is linked in same client only.

Hello Marco,

According my understanding this option is not possible because charm and service desk have some settings client-specific, in this case there will be some settings missing in the client 999 for Charm.
