Hello colleagues,
Iu2019m trying to switch on the debug mode of an instance in mmc (sap management consol) using TELNET.
Without telnet, I simply access the mmc, go to AS Java Process Table, right click the java server line (the bottom line)>All Tasks>Enable debugging.
Do you happen to know what do I have to write to do that via TELNET ?
Thanks in advance
Regards
Yogev
I'm not quite optimistic that telnet command line can do that...

Hi Vincent,
Thanks for the reply.
regarding accessing the mmc - I realy havn't got a clue if it's possible,
but - yesterday I saw that you can also switch on the debug mode via the java system properties window (I think it's a new feature of Ehp3) as you can see in [this screenshot|http://www.cubeupload.com/files/4f5c00debug.jpg].
I have managed already to change parameters in this environment using telnet, for exmple when writing:
SEND "setsp -p ds.repository SW_RA developmentserver\m"
(i don't know if you are familiar with telnet syntax).
so I would like to know how to access this part as well (changing the debug mode).
anyway, I hope it's possible..
Regards
Yogev
